COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus Public Health is investigating a confirmed case of hepatitis A in a worker at Eddy’s Chicken and Waffles, located at 1808 East Livingston Avenue. Health officials said the worker had direct contact with food. Anyone who was at this location between February 1 through 11 is encouraged to get a hepatitis A vaccine as soon as possible.
