BETHEL, Ohio — Anyone who’s recently dined at the 625 West Plane Street McDonald’s may be at risk of developing hepatitis A, Clermont County Public Health officials announced Thursday. The agency discovered a worker at the McDonald’s had been diagnosed with the virus, which affects liver function and can be transmitted through eating food handled by an infected person. The employee has been placed on leave until they recover.
